Lily Shapiro

Dr. Lily Shapiro is the founder of ATIKA, an evidence-based supplement brand built on the principles of clinical integrity, therapeutic dosing, and design for real adherence. She spent the last 15 years in finance, holding roles across major global banks and, most recently, helping to run a machine learning hedge fund where she oversaw operations, compliance, and capital formation.

ATIKA reflects Lily’s belief that what’s effective should also be effortless. Rooted in scientific rigor, wellness, and longevity, ATIKA’s debut product – Advanced Skin Nutrition – combines 18 clinically studied ingredients to support every biological pillar of skin health in the most comprehensive formulation of its kind.

Lily earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from Northeastern University, and her MBA from The Wharton School, bridging the disciplines of pharmacology and finance in creating ATIKA’s clinically grounded approach to skin longevity.
